How can I modify or cancel my order?
If you have already paid for your order, you will need to contact customer service by e-mail. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled before it is dispatched, especially if it was placed on a non-working day.
In the event that your order has nevertheless been dispatched, you will have to refuse the package or return it to us to obtain a refund for your order. If your cancellation request has been made after the parcel has been shipped, a processing fee may be deducted from the refund of the order.
An automatic email is sent to you when your order is shipped. This e-mail contains your UPS, DPD, LA POSTE or Chronopost tracking number. You can therefore check its progress directly on the carrier's website.
What are the costs and delivery times?
The shipping costs depend on the country of destination, the delivery method (standard or express) and the weight of the package. For more details, please refer to the Delivery page.
Information relating to the contractual guarantee is presented on each product sheet in the catalog. In any case, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of eviction of hidden defects (art. 1625 and following of the civil code).
The products sold on STUNGUN.FR are guaranteed for one year for new items from the date of purchase.
The commercial warranty does not cover the replacement of consumable parts, breakdowns relating to accessories, breakdowns originating from parts that do not comply with those recommended by the after-sales service of the device brand.
Also excluded are faults and their consequences due to the intervention of a repairer not approved by the brand, to non-compliance with the instructions indicated in the use and maintenance manuals, to any handling error as well as to lack of maintenance of the appliance, use not in accordance with the use for which the product is intended, any cause of external origin.
Following receipt of the product, a diagnosis will be carried out by the DEFENSE-SECURITY after-sales service technicians or by an authorized technician of the brand. Depending on the diagnosis and the availability of the same new item, the product will either be exchanged for a new one, or sent for repair to an authorized repairer.
It is imperative that the buyer returns his item in full for any warranty claim. In return for a product without accessories, no new exchange can be made and the only solution offered will be repair.
How to make a return?
No return can be made without the agreement of a Customer Service advisor whose contact details can be found at the bottom of this page. For any return request, an e-mail will be sent to you to validate this agreement.
For any withdrawal, you have 14 days from receipt to return your order to us. After this period, your return cannot be accepted.

Your account can be deleted at any time by simply requesting customer service by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.

I forgot my password
